Services

I provide both in person and virtual counselling services. Virtual counselling enables clients to access counselling from the comfort and convenience of their own homes. The virtual option is offered through a secure online system with end-to-end encryption and secure data transfer. Please ensure that you have a device – ideally a laptop or personal computer that you can connect to for our sessions together. In the event that there are technological issues, we can continue the session by telephone or reschedule the appointment. Please ensure that you have a quiet, comfortable, and private space for our appointments. Individual Counselling

Individual therapy provides an opportunity to focus on the areas you are struggling with and identify goals that you want to work towards on your therapeutic journey. During our sessions together, we will explore the areas that you would most like to change, while also identifying and building upon your personal strengths, resources, and values. You will have the opportunity to share your story and your personal experiences in a safe and nurturing space. We will also explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while identifying small steps towards change. Individual therapy offers an opportunity to go within, reflect, and share what’s most pertinent to you. I will ask questions to help you reflect, dig deeper, and explore whatever arises while offering care, support, guidance, non-judgment, and compassion.
